question on ecb.

I installed ecb-snapshot and also cedet 1.0 prerelease 6 on emacs23.

How I did it: I copied ecb directory to my .emacs.d directory and I
unzipped cedet in my /home/wweng/Download directory, I went in cedet
directory, did a make. After making, I copied all directory and
cedet-update-version.el, cedet-build.el into my .emacs.d/cedet directory.

I then put the following into my .emacs.

And then I restarted emacs and did a M-x ecb-activate.

There was no error or warning when I started ecb. However, the functions
breakdown that used to appear in my method and variable window is not
there. The method and variable window is empty.

I tried to see the "online help" by M-x ecb-show-help, got this error
message instead. ECB 2.33 - Error: Info file
/home/wweng/.emacs.d/ecb/info-help/ecb.info does not exists! I don't
have that file obviously, and I have no .info files at all in my
ecb-snapshot package I downloaded.

What am I doing wrong???
