Error killing buffers

Hi

Killing a buffer fails in case the history buffer is not visible (e.g. when 
you currently use a layout without a history buffer or when another buffer is 
maximized and the history buffer thus hidden). When making the history buffer 
visible (e.g. by switching layout) killing works fine.

Using ECB 2.40 with XEmacs 21.4.21/Linux.
