[BUG]&[PATCH] to function `ecb-deactivate-internal'

The function `ecb-deactivate-internal' in file ecb.el have following code.

(dolist (tb-elem (ecb-ecb-buffer-registry-name-list 'only-tree-buffers))
  (tree-buffer-destroy (car tb-elem)))

`tb-elem' is `string', it should not be operate by car.
