[Feature Request] Tips window shown up when method name is too long

Hi,

I noticed that when method name is too long to be displayed in Method
buffer, there will be a tip window shown up when you hover mouse on it.

But since mouse is less used than keyboard, is there a way to show up a tip
window too for keyboard idle? For example, when i move the cursor to one
method and hold for 2 secs, then a tip window will show up to tell me the
full name of it.
