Hi Jeff,
 
ECB should display a methods-buffer for all languages which are either supported by a semantic-parser or by etags/imenu - i do not know if this is true for visual basic?
 
Other experiences?

Does ECB parse the functions/procedure and populate the methods buffer, or do I not have it configured correctly?
