Add methods to the methods window

I am doing a lot of XSLT development, and would like to see the
templates in the methods window.
For example, if I have this in the file:

<xsl:template match="some-element" >
<element1 />
</xsl:template>

I like to see

+ some-element

In the methods windows. This will help me a lot to navigate through
the XSLT file, when it grows to huge number of templates.
Unfortunately, none of the existing modes provide something similar,
so I was wondering if it's possible to add these templates manually to
methods windows, to make it easier to navigate the file.
