Does ECB sell our e-mail info?

I have not used this e-mail address for anything else, other than 
internal e-mail, and subscribing to ECB's mailing list (I'm a new hire 
here, only 2 months in).  Today, I received a spam e-mail from Virgin 
Healthmiles.

What gives?
