can't resize ecb buffers

Hi,

I'm running ecb-2.40 on gnu emacs for windows compiled with mingw(I got it
from the official binary repos). And after tweaking the cedet files to get
ecb to run I can't resize the ecb buffers.
The backtrace I get looks like:
