Klaus had agreed to give me administrative access to the SF ECB site.
Unfortunately that has never happened.  Until it does, there's not much I
can do about it.  That said, one of my next steps will be to publish 2.50
in one of the ELPA repos; hopefully in marmalade replacing the 2.40 version
that's there.  If that happens, then anyone using ELPA will automatically
get the latest regardless of ecb.sf.net.
