ECB Status

Hey folks,

I hope that everyone is having a great holiday season!  I for one am 
quite happy that 2015 has almost come to a close.  It has been a trying 
couple of years.

First of all, I want to apologize for my absence over the past few 
months.  I have unfortunately been dealing with some very significant 
health issues this year.  I am now fortunately much better.  I'm also 
going to be able to give ecb some of the attention it needs.  :-)

Please keep in mind that with Klaus' blessings, I've taken over 
maintainership of ecb and moved development to Github 
(https://github.com/ecb-home/ecb).  I will of course continue to be 
subscribed to this list and respond when and where I can.  However, I 
want to focus on maintenance activities via the tools at Github.

I'll be going through all of the open issues at Github in the next few 
days.  Just as a reminder, if you have any problems, issues or feature 
requests, please register them as an issue at the Github page.  I'd like 
to thank Alex Ott for answering questions in my absence.
