it says to press Ctrl+C to exit.

It doesn't say press Ctrl+C to skip the Nous Portal registration.

We all know pretty much what Ctrl+C is supposed to do in terminal. Do
we?

To give user an option to skip the registration there would probably be
some yes/no question. There is no such question.

Do you see that Eli or you just think that would be normal and accepted
way to skip user's SaaS API registration?
