I forked Manuel's flymake-proselint package and rewrote it to support
Harper (https://writewithharper.com/), a offline and lightweight grammar
analysis tool (published under Apache-2.0):
https://codeberg.org/pkal/flymake-harper.el.  Are there any objections
to adding the package to ELPA?
