Oh, this is surprising but nice to hear!  We should be able to still
change the package name, IIUC the only inconvenience would come to users
who have something like (use-package project-store :ensure t) in their
config, as they will have to rename it.  Just to be sure, I hope that
Stefan can second this or perhaps add a word of caution.  If my
estimation is correct, the earlier we change the name the better because
fewer people will have assumed the current name.
