I think you've had enough answers, but I'm curious why you need to know.
More specifically: did you come across this in some
mailinglist/forum/webpage discussion and in some error/warning message?
For mailinglist/forum/webpage discussion there's not much we can do
(beyond improving the indexing in our docs like Eli apparently has just
done), but for error/warning message we can sometimes improve them to
include a link to the appropriate documentation.
