    Fix display of overlay arrow in margin
    
    Follow-up on bug#81109.
    * src/xdisp.c (get_overlay_arrow_glyph_row): Add a parameter to
    select the base face.
    (display_line): Use it to default to margin face for drawing
    overlay arrow in margin.  Also fix placement calculation.
