As a first step I've improved and simplified the quickstart section of
the manual, and will update the site with this section soon.

If anyone wants to have a look at the new quickstart and provide
feedback, if any is needed, that would be great.

I've also reached out to the emacs-devel people to ask for best
practices as to how to proceed with the plans to have Emms configure
itself more.
