[PATCH] Allow invoking 'emms-streams' as the "first" EMMS command of the session

Hi, The 'emms-streams' command currently fails when invoked right after starting Emacs since along the way it calls 'emms-source-playlist-parse-native' which tries to call 'emms-cache-set-function'. 'emms-cache-set-function' is nil at that point, causing the command to fail. Attached is a very simple patch which just requires 'emms-cache' when loading 'emms-streams', fixing this issue.
