I've pushed out the function `emms-setup-discover' into emms-setup.el.

It's goal is to output `setq' statements for players and info methods
that the user can easily put in their configuration. It's very
straightforward.

If anyone wants to have a go before I document it in the Quickstart
section of the manual, that would be great.
