Get mobile alerts from ERC via XMPP

Hi people,

Just a quick heads-up to announce the existence of an experimental
module that lets users receive out-of-band notifications (via Jabber)
from any long-running ERC instance. It also supports replying to
mentions and keywords in channel as well as to direct messages. For
specifics, see [1] (and possibly [2] for alternative instructions).
