Enable camelCase with flymake and lintr

In my ess version 18.10.2, flymake complaints when an object name is camelCase.  How can I tell flymake to accept cameCase names?

Below code seems to have no impact.

(setq ess-r-flymake-linters                                                     
      "lintr::with_defaults(object_name_linter('camelCase')")
