Tab completion for CamelCase

My ess setup on mac works well with tab completion of CamelCase variable names. However, on Windows, tab completes variable names with all lowercase letters. So it does give me complete variable name, which needs some letters to be converted to uppercase. Can tab completion on Windows give proper CamelCase variables?
