Oort Gnus v0.12 is released

Bug fixes.

Get it from <URL:http://quimby.gnus.org/gnus/dist/ognus-0.12.tar.gz>

<URL:ftp://quimby.gnus.org/pub/gnus/ding-patches/ognus-0.11-0.12.diff.gz>.
