Oort Gnus v0.15 is released

Mostly bug fixes.

Get it from <URL:http://quimby.gnus.org/gnus/dist/ognus-0.15.tar.gz>
or "/[email protected]:/pub/gnus/".  The patch is available as
<URL:ftp://quimby.gnus.org/pub/gnus/ding-patches/ognus-0.14-0.15.diff.gz>.
