Delayed articles

When I hit C-c C-j to delay the sending of an article, I am prompted:

  Target date (YYYY-MM-DD), time (hh:mm), or length of delay (units in [mhdwMY]):

I know the delayed sending mechanism isn't the most accurate, but is
there any reason for not allowing me to at least give _date and time_?!

If I put in a date, the delayed article is schedule for 8:00 in the
morning that day. What if I wanted it sent in the evening?

Sure, I could calculate how many hours in the future that is and put
that in as the length of the delay, but looking at the article in
nndraft:delayed I see a header:

  X-Gnus-Delayed: Sat, 28 Mar 2026 08:00:00 +0100

So why not allow me to write, say, 2026-03-10 18:57 in the prompt?!
