メールの文字化け

Gnus5.13で下記画像のように文字化けしたメールを受信しました。
Content-Type: multipart/mixed; boundary="===============8462642920738478332=="
となっていました。

ところがそのメールをWebのアーカイブで見ると
http://docs.freebsd.org/cgi/getmsg.cgi?fetch=100459+0+current/freebsd-users-jp+raw
にあるように
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
となっています。

更に別のアドレスのアーカイブでは文字化けしていません。

文字化けして読めないのはGnusに原因があるのでしょうか？
