Emacs includes an Encryption/Decryption menu, see

   Emacs menu -> Tools -> Encryption/Decryption

Try:

   Save your file "pubring.kbx" to something unique.
   For example
   $ cp pubring.kbx gotts-keys.keys

   Then import keys from your ".thunderbird" file:

   Emacs menu -> Tools 
                 -> Encryption/Decryption
                    -> Import Keys from File...

   Then check your keys with:

   Emacs menu -> Tools 
                 -> Encryption/Decryption
                    -> List Keys

   If this does not show the keys that you expect, then you
   can restore your keys from your "gotts-keys.keys" file.
