The licence info is inside the first tab.
I am currently publishing it under GPL-3.0. Should I (can I) change to GNU
Free Documentation?

As I said earlier I which I had found a markup powerful enough to build
this instead of using
a spreadsheet. I did not have the time to build a specialized markup that
I could have used
and it was faster for me to start using a spreadsheet.
However over time the tools available via Number are far from what would
be available under Emacs...
Perhaps I'll be able to use AI at some point to help maintain the content
of the spreadsheet.

There are several limitations to it.
- All hyperlinks are all absolute, pointing to the files stored in Github.
Ideally the links would be relative allowing storage of the files
anywhere, including
a local server. But I did not find a way to create relative links with
Number.
- Editing must be done with macOS Number, a non-free application that is
(AFAIK)
   only available on macOS.

I don't update the spreadsheet source very often. I just updated it now.
