Hi, It seems like you have customized 'mm-text-html-renderer' (which defaults to 'shr, the bundled elisp HTML renderer). If you have done so (because you wanted to use w3m), you should have w3m (that is independent from Emacs) installed on your system. -- Manuel Giraud
