1. It was not an accusation. It was a statement that
"gnu.support" is misleading. That it is misleading is not
an accusation -- it comes from the meaning of the words.
An accusation would be "The person is attempting to
mislead." The address misleads regardless of intent. And
because it is based on the meaning of the words, there is no
requirement to "document" a case.

The questioner was asking about potentially legal matters
and could be mislead by your email domain into thinking that
