find packages

Hi,

I am getting this message when starting emacs

gfp@Tuxedo ~$ Unable to activate package ‘swiper’.
Required package ‘ivy-0.14.2’ is unavailable
Unable to activate package ‘counsel’.
Required package ‘ivy-0.14.2’ is unavailable


How can I find the package „swiper“ and „councel“ in emacs?
or better: How can I find the the stuff/I don´t know what to call it
that activats those packages swiper and councel?
in order to get rid of it.

I removed the package ivy already.
