(Folks: asking for help is always /also/ a pedagogical challenge:
you have to try to put yourself in your helper's shoes and try
a couple of good guesses at how to help them to help you :)

"Convert" is (most probably) a program in the ImageMagick suite,
i.e. a program external to Emacs which you have to install somehow.

How you do that will depend on the operating system you have.
