I did as you suggested - still the same problem ../../../usr/local/share/slime/slime.el: Warning: Obsolete calling convention for ‘sit-for’ internal-macroexpand-for-load: Eager macro-expansion failure: (invalid-function static-if) I confirmed that version 2.32 was installed.
