You can use the MATHEMATICAL FRAKTUR SMALL characters to form the word "chair"
but if you convert that to uppercase by using the MATHEMATICAL FRAKTUR CAPITAL
characters, you'd end up with "chAir".  There is no C, H, I or R character within the
MATHEMATICAL FRAKTUR CAPITAL. I think Eli is right: these aren't letters, they are
mathematical symbols that look like letters, which is not the same thing.
