Hi list,
I am working on a (sort of) REPL for learning how to use SVG in Emacs.
Its page is here,
https://anggtwu.net/2026-eepitch-svg.html
and people who know the very basics of eev - hint:
https://anggtwu.net/emacsconf2024.html - should find it trivial to
test.
The rationale behind the project is a bit hard to explain. It started
because I realized that my attention span was embarassingly short
because of temporary personal reasons, and I decided to experiment
with factoring - in the Forth sense - some functions that generate
SVGs into small pieces that I could understand; then it became an
excuse to chat on the #emacs channel, then some people started to help
me with the difficult parts (hey Flxzr, thanks again!), then I wrote
better demos, and now the project is pointing to many directions...
I'm spending a lot of time in the #emacs channel these days. If anyone
is interested, please don't hesitate to say hi to me there - my nick
is edrx - or send an e-mail!
Cheers =),
Eduardo Ochs
