Allow more context in recognizing jde-lib-directory-names (again)

Hi Jeff.
Will you please make your changes in the file itself in your
subversion copy and then do a subversion diff, i.e.:
cd .../branches/2.4.0/jde
svn diff lisp/jde.el
The output is more useful than this for me to patch things. Afterward
I'll have a look.
