SVN access

Hello,

It looks like I might have some time to work on JDEE, so I was trying to
update my views, that are admittedly months out of date.  Any svn update
command gives me an error like this.

Server sent unexpected return value (403 Forbidden) in response to
OPTIONS 
request for 'https://jdee.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/jdee/trunk'

http://jdee.sourceforge.net/developerscorner.html#Repository and
http://sourceforge.net/scm/?type=svn&group_id=210946 don't give a whole
lot of information, but I appear to be pointing to the correct place
(assuming trunk exists).  Is that the correct URL?  Is there something
else I need to do?

If it matters, I'm using TortoiseSVN 1.5.7.
