It could be under the same jdee-emacs (https://github.com/jdee-emacs)
organization, which would make JDEE related projects easier to find.

To do that Paul Landes would need to add you to the organization and
the repository can just be transfered - no need for migrations or
anything like that.

I don't know, but do know that ERT became standard unit testing library
and we started to use it in JDEE too.
