New owner of the JDEE project

The project=92s owner and primary maintainer is now Mr. Wojnowski.  He=92s =
been the most active lately and shown to have a very good handle on the pro=
ject.  He=92ll make a great project owner.

I=92ll still be a maintainer and help in ways I can.  However, I no longer =
do much in Java and I think the project needs a maintainer who uses it on a=
 daily basis.

Perhaps one of the first things to do is establish a new mailing list.  I d=
on=92t have the admin user/password for the sourceforge lists and neither d=
id Paul Kinnucan (original author).
