Complete source code for jde.jar?

Hello,

is the complete source code for (re)producing jde.jar available
somewhere?  I couldn't find a jde release that would have shipped with
it, nor could find it in CVS.  For example, the source code for the
packages jde.installer and jde.ui and their subpackages isn't there; did
not check others.
