Migraton woes

Hi everybody,

I am going through the migration process from NT Emacs 23.50.1 to 22.50, and at the same time JDEE 2.3.5 to 2.3.5.1.
I am finding lots of small issues: ECB doesn't launch, JDEE was failing for a while with a reference on an unbound old-read-from-minibuffer.
Some of the problems go away after a reboot, some don't.

I am curious if others are having similar problems, which workarounds/small patches they are applying, or if they are sticking with 23.50.1 for now.
