problem compiling jde 2.3.5.1 with xemacs 21.4.19

Hello,

I recently tried to upgrade from JDE 2.3.5 to 2.3.5.1,
staying with cedet-1.0pre3 and XEmacs 21.4.19 but
xemacs could not compile efc.el.

The error message is :

While compiling efc-list::efc-coll-add:

Is it an XEmacs problem ? I saw in the list that
everything looked OK for Emacs.
