Re: problem compiling jde 2.3.5.1 with xemacs 21.4.19

I found that I get this compilation error too if I try to compile
efc.el. As Henry said, this error  doesn't halt the compilation of JDE
with an error message if you use the makefile.

Neither efc.el nor the function it uses with an incorrect number of
arguments (typep in cl-macs.el) seem to have changed in a while. So
perhaps this error has been there all long and this is the first time
someone has noticed it?
