Port 80 is TCP port of your webserver...  You are using TCP port 9000
in your command line for debugger to listen where you have this in
your email:

    address=9000

The webserver daemon and debugger listeners must be different, or else
you won't be able to test webserver and debug on the other.

For j2ee debugging, I normally don't "start" the server  through jdee
like you appear to be doing.  While you can do this, you instead might
want to add the -Xdebug ... options to the start scripts JAVA_OPTS.
Tomcat you can simply set two environment variables, then
start in jpda mode.  For tomcat read this:

None of this really doesn't have much to do with JDEE, so it may be
better to take off the mailing  list.
