Hi Nascif,
   I have changed to this:

(custom-set-variables
 '(flymake-allowed-file-name-masks (quote ((".+\\.java$" flymake-jde-jikes-java-init flymake-simple-java-cleanup flymake-get-real-file-name))))
)

But when i execute M-x flymake-mode, same warning display again. i use latest emacs22, how to resolve it? thanks.

    Peter
