Patch to jde-ant.el

I've been finding that projects in directories with spaces break 
jde-ant. The biggest problem seems to be that the -buildfile rgument 
either doesn't get quoted, or it's quoted with single quotes, which 
doesn't work on Windows.

My somewhat ugly solution was changing:

<               (concat ant-command
<                       " -buildfile " delimiter
<                       (jde-normalize-path buildfile)

at line 295 to

delimiter gets set to either " or ' at the top of the function, but I 
wasn't quite certain what all it was being used for or whether mucking 
with it was a good idea.
