Perhaps I have missed recent changes in the world geopolitical situation
but, as far as my knowledge goes, I was under the impression that Denmark
is not actually part of the US.

Is it really the case that the uses and abuses of trademarks in that country
have any bearing at all on the status of trademarks in the US?
