RE: jde-import-kill-extra-imports not working

I already said that I'd be willing to do some of the development work.
I'm running gnu emacs 21.3.1 on cygwin, so I'm probably a good test case
for emacs 21 and cygwin environment.  I do use java a lot, so just my
normal workday running the latest from the repository is a decent
general functionality test.
