Paul has indicated several times that he has no problems with it being
moved to sourceforge, it's just that he hasn't had the time to perform
the actual move himself or even to email about the move status.  

I'm certainly not thinking of "stealing" the code from Paul (and there
is definitely no legal problem anyway -- the code is under the GPL,
which gives explicit permission to do this kind of thing), it's moving
it to where it's possible for other people to help pick up the sorely
missed maintenance and development of the project, and Paul can
continue to contribute as much as he's willing without having to feel
guilty about not meeting people's expectations.
