I have updated most of the web pages to remove the sunsite mailing
list links and to point to the sourceforge mailing lists page.  There
are a couple of residual download links to sunsite (but I don't
currently have permission to upload versions of these to the files
area of sourceforge).  There are also some links in the user guide
that need updating, hopefully I'll get on to this at some stage.
