When I saw you proposal I first thought of stuff like

Anybody who had an Atari ST will remember this.  One could limit
onself to one bomb, but I guess errors should be red.  And red bombs
are rather uncommon.

Oh well ... GTK uses a stop sign in their stock icons, see
